The Technology Innovation Agency (TIA) Global Cleantech Innovation Programme (GCIP-SA), hosted
the final judging of 2020-2021 Global Cleantech Innovation Programme pitching sessions for innovators and entrepreneurs in Cape Town and Johannesburg in February 2021. The process started in March 2020 and attracted 81 prospective participants from various parts of the country. However, the intensive screenings that were conducted resulted in only 20 participants being shortlisted to take part in the second round.
